The bed is very comfortable. Which in my opinion is key. The room was clean and tidy, so was the hotel in general. Breakfast has plenty of continental and warm options to please anyone. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The location is walkable to Woodfield Mall as well as the Streets of Woodfield which have loads of shopping and restaurants if you don't have a car. There's plenty of shopping and restaurants just a bit further afield as well. It's close enough to O'HARE too. This was a repeat stay. We did not spend much time in the hotel except to sleep and eat breakfast 🥞.

Very pleasant stay overall. We were lucky enough to have the pool and hot tub to ourselves both days we were there and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also nice how early the breakfast opened and how many options were available. My family was surprised because overnight the parking lots really filled up but it was so quiet both nights we never would have guessed the hotel was so full. We didn’t hear and barely saw other guests.

Rooms very spacious, comes with a fridge AND microwave. The fountain was cool, the balcony above it is nice. And the hot tub is nice and I like that it’s has a 10 minute timer

The lobby was beautiful, and the breakfast was great, one of the better ones I've had. I loved that I was within a five minute walk of most places I wanted to go. Getting on and off the road was easy too, not to busy. Oh, and I liked that I could actually open my window and get a few minutes of fresh air here and there. The floors were nice too.

You cannot beat the location and staff. You can walk to the streets of woodfield. The theater is right there. The staff are so nice and even under the pressure of the elevator down and computer issues. They still kept smiling and were thoughtful of the customers. The breakfast people are also super helpful.

We stay here every year to celebrate Christmas with our grandkids. The hotel has a great pool and we are able to use the large open space off the lobby to play games and have a pizza party. They are SO friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was very good. The facility and our room were clean. There were plenty of bathroom linens. The location to the highway was most convenient. Also, the hotel location was close to our family whom we were visiting.

Very clean and spacious room. Cozy bed and nice clean sheets. It's close to Woodfields mall, and there is a whole food nearby. Friendly staff. It's definitely worth the money. Breakfast was alright. There's a microwave in the room, which was very convenient. They provide shuttle service to nearby places within 5 miles.

Service was better than expected. Did no have to high expectations, but wich hotel does daily service these days? A quite place with windows to be opened. They don't have wall to wall carpet.

We liked the location of the hotel. The staff was great and friendly to us. The breakfast is hot and fresh. Different things that you can eat and enjoy.
